105 - A Townhouse Hotel Reykjavik

This hotel was fantastic! The location was great, just a 10-minute walk from the city center and in a wonderful area. Everything we needed was within a 5-minute walk, including a supermarket and public pools. The room itself was perfect, with a fantastic little kitchen that had all the amenities we could need. The bed was incredibly comfortable, ensuring a great night's sleep.

All was just fine, no complaints at all.

I loved the location of this hotel, it was just a short walk to the downtown area. It made exploring Reykjavik so convenient. The apartment itself was spacious and provided plenty of room for me to spread out. It was nice to have a separate living area and kitchenette.

Lack of communication about deposit. One aspect that I disliked was the lack of communication about the deposit.

The hotel had a handy location not too far from Sundhollin Public Baths. The restaurant had basic food.

This hotel offers great value for money, with prices that won't break the bank. The attention to detail is impressive, with rooms equipped with everything you could possibly need, including kitchen facilities and all the necessary crockery and cutlery. The location is perfect - just minutes away from the center of town, yet situated on a quiet street, ensuring a peaceful stay.

The property was clean and staff was kind. I appreciated that room was practical and compact. The bed was exceptionally comfortable and pillows too. It was very central and close to a unique museum. Set in lovely area, bars and restaurants were close to the hotel.

The location was great, close to the main street, high street, and downtown. We could easily walk everywhere. The room was stylishly decorated and had all the necessary facilities.

The staff could have been more attentive to guests who arrive after reception hours.

We enjoyed staff and location, felt like home. There were extremely comfy beds and a fridge, a dishwasher and television with satellite channels inside the room.

Welcoming staff, compact room, in general I liked this impeccable hotel. Wonderful and favourable location near Hateigskirkja Church. The room was with a kitchenette.

We had a fantastic Christmas stay at this apartment! The interior was fine and made us feel like we were in a luxury hotel. The cleanliness was perfect, and it felt brand new. We loved the fact that the apartment had big windows, allowing plenty of natural light to come in. The location was also great, with the city's main attractions within a 35-minute walk and parking available right outside the hotel. the decor was beautifully chosen, adding a touch of elegance to our holiday festivities.

The only downside we experienced was a bit of noise coming from children playing football in the car park. It didn't bother us too much since we were able to enjoy the natural light, but it might be worth considering for those seeking a quieter stay.

We had the best stay during our trip in this hotel. The staff were friendly and accommodating, the room was stylish, clean, and had all the necessary amenities. We loved the comfortable bed, great shower with complimentary toiletries, and the fully equipped kitchenette. The location was convenient, very close to the city centre and attractions, and parking was available both in front and at the back of the hotel.

Despite some minor electrical issues, the staff was super responsive and helpful in resolving them. The overall experience was great, and I would definitely recommend staying at 105 - A Townhouse for a comfortable and convenient stay in Reykjavik.
